Customer Reviews

  1. Customer service
    Review by longstride

I had trouble with a stool I bought, and only used three times. I contacted customer service and talked with Travis. I sent him pictures of the damaged stool. He shipped me a new stool to replace the damaged one the same day. Good company to deal with. Great customer service. (Posted on 9/9/2014)

  2. Stool will not hold up under real world use.
    Review by Longstride

My son is 35 and weighs 180 lb. He bought this to use backpacking. After three times out the legs started to bend. Two day ago it failed completely. In the real world the ground is not always flat. The tubing in the legs is way to soft and bends very easy. Stool would make a good stand by a cot, but that's about it. (Posted on 9/1/2014)

  3. Herculean strength required to use
Review by Stiool that con't be put together

I just bought one of these. Seems well made and I like the fact it is made in America and not the cheap stuff from overseas, but I can't assemble it to sit in it. Gave it to my husband to put up and he can't do it either. I hate products like this that require herculean strength to use. I'm glad I just didn't just throw it in my backpack with trying it first. I'll be taking it back on Monday to the place where I bought it. (Posted on 3/22/2013)

  4. Great product
    Review by lillybird

I have used this as a stool to take backpacking for plein air painting as well as a chair for sitting next to the campfire. It's surprisingly comfortable! It took me a while to figure out how not to pinch my thumb when assembling. Just lay it on the side and push down and pull the seat over the bar by grasping the cloth part instead of the middle part of the seat. (Posted on 12/31/2012)

  5. Outdoor Portrait Stool
    Review by Santiago

The light weight and small compact size makes this the perfect stool for poising families in an outdoor portrait. I bought two of them and always have one handy.
